Customers may request store credit within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for store credit, products must:
* Be unused, uninstalled, and unworn.
* Remain in original packaging.
* Have all tags, ties, labels, ribbons, and security seals intact.
* Show no signs of tampering, wear, or alteration.
* Be returned in resalable condition.
